Karachi, 10th October 2016: K-Electric has announced that they would be exempting areas from Load-shed on the 9th and 10th of Muharram in order to facilitate its consumers and the Moharram processions.
The power utility had already announced that uninterrupted supply of electricity was being provided where Majalis and processions are taking place from 1st of Moharram. The Utility Management is in close contact with the Commissioner office along with other District Management Offices.
K-Electric would want its consumers to know that any power interruption should not be voiced as load-shed. KE’s teams are on standby and the 4 Regional Command and Control Centers would be monitoring the electricity situation of the city 24/7. KE’s well-equipped field teams as always, would be available around the clock to overcome any localized fault.
