Karachi – Aug 23rd, 2016: Aimed at encouraging and facilitating the customers of Lyari to pay their outstanding bills, K-Electric has established a special camp in the area. The initiative is in line with the utility’s efforts to facilitate low income group consumers to clear-out their outstanding dues.
Over the years, K-Electric has undertaken a number of measures to facilitate customers on their doorstep in line with its commitment to provide uninterrupted and reliable power supply. The recovery camp, established in Rexer Lane, Baloch Hall, facilitated the residents of Lyari including areas like Chakiwara, Jhatpat Market, Alvi and Gabool road. The camp also offered the option of paying the outstanding dues via easy monthly instalments.
Representative from local authority appreciated KE’s strong emphasis to provide the best in class customer experience and appealed to the residents to fully cooperate with the utility and strongly condemned the incidents of violence against the utility’s support staff.
