Karachi, 19th September 2015: As per K-Electric’s press statement, the power utility has joined hands with The Indus Hospital and Aman Foundation to raise awareness of precautionary measures for the impending summer spell as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility Program. The power utility will also be distributing free water bottles along with safety tips, which were also given at Jinnah and Civil Hospital, to the general public. Aman Foundation will be providing their mobile units as part of this public awareness campaign.
K-Electric’s statement added that as a responsible corporate entity it is the company’s job to play its part, being a major stakeholder in the city. The company is proud to be associated with these institutions and will continue to collaborate with them for the general benefit of the city’s populace.
