K-Electric all geared up to compete in All-Pakistan Challenge Football Cup ’16

Karachi – September 21, 2016: Pakistan Premier Football League (PPFL) champions K-Electric is all geared up to compete in All-Pakistan Challenge Football Cup 2016. The KE team has reached Islamabad to participate in the training camp currently underway at Pakistan Sports Complex in Islamabad.

The tournament will commence on October 01, 2016 under the aegis of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Football Association (KPFA) in Peshawar and overall 16 teams are participating in the Challenge Cup across Pakistan. Participating teams will depart for Peshawar after the training camp by the end of this month. Former Pakistan football team captain and winner of Pride of Performance, Essa Khan, will lead K-Electric Football team in the competition.

According to KE spokesperson, “The team has demonstrated a phenomenal performance during the last couple of tournaments and hopes are high for a great game again from PPFL champions. We wish our team all the best to bring the Challenge Cup home.”

With a strong affiliation with sports, KE has always been at the forefront to nurture youth – providing them with the resources and guidance to inspire future sportsmen. K-Electric also organizes regular training of its football team.
